DAY 1 (9:30 – 17:30) PRACTICE PROJECT/ JOURNEY – Exploration of Irrawong reserve around the Warriewood Wetlands

9:30am – 12:30 Exploration of Irrawong Reserve on the left of the route map along Irrawong Road. Waterfall Recess – Photography of rainforest birdlife on track and extending beyond the track to Waterfall.

Waterfall Rest Break – Drink and Food

12:30 – 13:00 Return for toilet break and lunch sandwich and drink

13:00 – 17:30 Return to Caravan Park and settle for first evening - Start Planning/Designing Video +Website

Prepare dinner: avocado and tomato - grilled cutlets and steamed vegetables

Prepare breakfast and lunch sandwich for following day drinks and fruits. Prepare in small plastic zipped packs in backpack.

DAY 2 (8:00 – 16:00) PRACTICE PROJECT/JOURNEY in the WARRIEWOOD WETLANDS

Start 8am at Katoa Close. 8am – 10:00 Bird Watching walk, set up of tripod and camping chair to take photographs and videos of bird life on the Katoa Place walk inside the Warriewood Wetlands.

10:00 – 10:30 Rest break (drink and food)

10:30 – 12:00 Walk towards the end

12:00 – 12:30 Toilet break and Lunch

12:30 – 13:00 Return to computer

13:00 – 16:00 Continue production from photos taken of video and website

Prepare dinner: salad - boiled spaghetti in sauce - grilled minced meat with onions

Prepare breakfast and lunch sandwich for following day drinks and fruits. Prepare in small plastic zipped packs in backpack.

DAY 3 (8:00 – 16:00) PRACTICE PROJECT/JOURNEY

8:00 – 10:00 Start at Shearwater Drive entrance, photograph the water hens and ducks, focus on water pools

10:00 – 10:30 recess snack

10:30 – 12:00 walk through the wetlands towards Warriewood Shopping Centre

12:00 -12:30 Toilet Break and Lunch

12:30 – 1:00 return to caravan park

13:00 – 16:00 Continue editing and designing

Prepare dinner: boiled spaghetti in sauce - grilled minced meat with onions

Prepare breakfast and lunch sandwich for following day drinks and fruits. Prepare in small plastic zipped packs in backpack.

DAY 4 (10:00 – 17:40) QUALIFYING PROJECT/ JOURNEY

10:00 – 15:30 work on report / video/ website

15:30 – 16:00 get ready for walk and photo

16:00 – 17:40 Sunset walk: Irrawong reserve: Photograph/ video FOREST Bird Sunset activity

17:40 = 18:00 Return to Camp and Toilet Break

DAY 5 (10:30 – 18:30) QUALIFYING PROJECT/ JOURNEY

10:00 – 15:30 work on report / video/ website

15:30 – 16:00 get ready for walk and photo

16:00 – 17:40 Sunset walk: Katoa Close to shopping centre – Warriewood Wetlands Photograph/ video Wetlands Bird Sunset activity

17:40 = 18:00 Toilet Break and Return to Camp

DAY 6 (10:00 – 18:00) QUALIFYING PROJECT/ JOURNEY

10:00 – 15:30 work on report / video/ website

15:30 – 16:00 get ready for walk and photo

16:00 – 17:40 Sunset walk: Shearwater Drive – Warriewood Wetlands Photograph/ video DUCKS and Swamp Bird Sunset activity

17:40 - 18:00 Toilet Break and Return to Camp

Prepare dinner: grilled sausages and boiled potatoes and cheese

Prepare breakfast and lunch sandwich for following day drinks and fruits. Prepare in small plastic zipped packs in backpack.

DAY 7 (7:00 – 15:00) QUALIFYING PROJECT/ JOURNEY

7am – 9:30am SUNRISE WALK - Final walk and remaining photo shoot

10am -11am Sign out of Narrabeen Caravan Park

11am – 11:30am - Transport, Toilet Break and Rest Break

11:30am – 13:30 Finalise Video and Website

13:30 – 14:00 Toilet Break and Lunch

14:00 – 16:00 Finalise Video and website

16:00 – 18:00 Finalise Report

FOOD PLANNING INFORMATION

  • I will be preparing my breakfast like toasts with jam or Nutella small packs or cereals, bananas and milk. They will be packaged in portions for the 6 nights.
  • I will have pre-cut vegetables I could store in the small fridge
  • I will have small meals.
  • I will have fruits in the form of bananas, apples and dry fruits for 7 days and plenty of water
  • I will have small plastic sachets and small plastic bottles and a backpack and plenty of fruit.
